入会をご希望の方は、

1. 申込書をお送りください。
   入会申込書を下記のアイコンよりダウンロードし、必要事項をご記入ください。入会申込書アイコンの下にあります送付用のアイコンをクリックしますと送付先のメールアドレスが立ち上がりますので、メールの添付で入会申込書ファイルをお送りください。

2. 会費を郵便局、もしくは銀行から払い込んでください。
   
   会費額は年額7,000円（学生等5,000円）です。振込先は入会申込書にあります。
   
   会費振込みをもって、正式な入会申請とさせていただきます。

   なお、新規会員の承認は、2か月ごとに理事会にて行います。会員としての論文投稿や大会参加、及びメール配信は、理事会承認後となりますことをご了承ください。
   
   また、大会に会員として参加を希望される方は、少なくとも大会1週間前までに、正式な入会申請をしてください。
   
   理事会承認後に、事務局より入会承認のメールをさせていただきます。以降、研究大会、総会などの予定が決まり次第メール等でお知らせします。また当ホームページにも随時アップする予定ですのでご覧下さい。

連絡先、所属などが変わった場合、下記より電子メールで事務局あてにお知らせ下さい。当学会では会員への連絡は、主に電子メールを通じて行っていますので、変更の連絡がない場合は学会からのお知らせが届かなくなります。また、学会誌等の紙媒体は郵送されますので、住所変更も必ずお知らせ下さい。

If you would like to become a JAMPS member:

1. Submit a membership application form.
   Download the application form by clicking the icon below and fill in the form. Next, click on the "envelope" icon to submit your application. An e-mail message window will automatically appear on your PC screen, to which you should attach your application form and send.

2. Annual membership fees may be paid by postal or bank transfer.
   
   The annual membership fee is 7,000 yen (5,000 yen for students). Post office/bank account details are available on the "Membership Application Form".
   
   Only upon payment of the membership fee, will it be regarded that you have officially applied for membership.

   New membership applications will be considered by the Executive Committee every two months. Please be advised that you may submit an article or participate in conferences as a member or start receiving JAMPS emails only after your membership application is approved by the Executive Committee.
   
   If you would like to participate in a conference as a member of the Association, please make sure to complete the official application procedure by one week before the conference at the latest.
   
   Once your application is approved by the Executive Committee, you will receive a confirmation email from the Secretariat. Thereafter, you will automatically receive information on conferences and General-Assembly meetings via e-mail. Please also regularly visit the JAMPS website for regular updates.

Please make sure to notify the Secretariat immediately if there are any changes regarding your contact details and affiliation. As the JAMPS Secretariat corresponds with members mainly via email, failure to update your contact details will result in important notices not reaching you. Please also make sure to update your postal address as well, since hardcopies such as the JAMPS journal are sent via post.
